China, and Shanghai in particular, has long welcomed global exchange through the performing arts. Equally, other regions have relied on the arts as an introduction of their culture and often their business. However, an increased reluctance to support international exchange has been seen in attitude and resources . As we look toward the future, what can we as a sector and as leaders do?


Regarding the overall trend and expansion of performing arts industry, we would like to restart from the topic of exchange on practical content such as data on the market of local performing arts, market supply and demand, repertoire type and structure and project operation module, to encourage and expand global cultural exchange.
