The 23rd CSIAF Performing Arts Fair(ChinaSPAF) will be held between October 18th and 21st at the BOCOM New Bund 31 Performing Arts Centre, under the theme of "connect, consensus, opportunity". It seeks to further invigorate the global performing arts market. As the largest performing arts market in the APAC region, ChinaSPAF will continue to gather the best performing arts resources globally, by regularly inviting leading global art organisations to Shanghai in golden autumn season, introducing outstanding national works to the world stage, to build a globally influential cultural exchange platform. ChinaSPAF perseveres in combining high level "Going to the world!", and high quality "Going to mainland China!", while attracting participation from domestic and international art organisations and artists, by initiatives such as encouraging excellent original works to go overseas and strengthening overseas promotion, continuously showcasing the newest pursuits and results in the Chinese cultural art scene to the world, demonstrating and improving the "cultural soft power" of the city, and forging a "Shanghai Brand" for foreign cultural exchange. ChinaSPAF 2024 will feature around 500 professional organisations, 2000 industry guests from different countries and regions.
