Directors’ Forum ——Collaborative Operations of Theaters and Arts Festivals

The Directors’ Forum brings together directors from leading arts festivals, theaters, and arts centers across the globe for in-depth discussions themed “Theater and Arts Festivals.” Participants will exchange insights on operation philosophies, humanistic values, and management modes and explore the role that theaters and festivals play in driving economic consumption. Beyond traditional theater operations, participants representing theaters, troupes, and other key players along the industry chain—including those involved in investment and financing, sponsorship, big data analytics, tourism consumption scenarios, and communication and marketing—will share their experiences of engaging with the broader performing arts ecosystem in the context of arts festivals.
