The Thunder by Beijing Dance Drama & Opera

Adapted from the popular TV series Breaking the Ice, the large-scale original dance drama The Thunder is produced by the Beijing Opera and Dance Theatre. It is the first domestic dance drama on the topic of drug prevention. Based on real cases, the drama tells the passionate story of drug enforcement officers LI Fei and his son, who, unafraid of sacrifice, outwit and outfight drug dealers to protect public safety. The creation of the dance drama took two years, with the creative team conducting in-depth field research and meticulous refinement. It presents a suspenseful and passionate narrative through intricate choreography and multimedia design, creating a dynamic and smooth storyline. The cast features many outstanding dancers from the Beijing Opera and Dance Theatre, with the addition of renowned dancer ZHU Han.
