Rafał Blechacz Piano Recital

Rafał Blechacz is regarded as one of the finest interpreters of Chopin’s works today. In 2005, he made history as the only pianist to achieve a grand slam at the 15th International Chopin Piano Competition. In this concert, Blechacz, making his debut visit to China, will present a captivating solo piano performance. The first half of the program will feature Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and four impromptus by Schubert, showcasing his profound expertise in the Viennese classical tradition. The second half will focus on Chopin, with Blechacz performing the Three Mazurkas (Op. 50) and the Piano Sonata No. 3, demonstrating his exceptional talent as a Chopin competition laureate.
