In 2023, the “Rising Artists’ Works” programme marked its tenth anniversary, along with the launch of “R.A.W! Land”. Over the past decade, “Rising Artists’ Works” and “R.A.W! Land” have gradually evolved into one of China’s most influential platforms for nurturing and showcasing young artistic creation. The Center for China Shanghai International Arts Festival and Shanghai Theatre Academy jointly hosted the special forum titled “A Decade of Achievements, A Promising Future”.

The forum retrospectively reviewed the past ten years, summarizing achievements and experiences. It was grounded in the present, engaging in in-depth discussions on opportunities and challenges in young artistic creation, and sharing relevant strategies. Looking ahead, it explored sustainable mechanisms for supporting young artists, enabling them to transcend creative boundaries, pursue artistic excellence, and build international connections in their future development.
