"The Sound of Oriental Wisdom" is an original project created by the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra, and it will premiere as a commissioned production at the 22nd China Shanghai International Arts Festival on November 11 and 12. The inspiration for the work comes from the ancient cosmic views of the Chinese nation, aiming to interpret themes of life and nature from a contemporary and global perspective through avant-garde Eastern musical language. The intention is to allow more audiences to experience the beauty of Chinese music and ethnic instruments and to deeply comprehend a beauty engraved in our genes that returns to the essence of life – " The Sound of Oriental Wisdom".
