Alexandre Kantorow Piano Recital

Alexander Kantorow will take the audience on a Romantic piano art journey, performing classic works by Schubert, Brahms, Liszt, Bartók, and Rachmaninoff. The program includes Brahms’ Rhapsody in B Minor, Liszt’s Les Cloches de Genève, and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Sonata No. 1. In 2019, at just 22 years old, Kantorow won the gold medal at the Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition, earning international acclaim for his masterful technique and unique artistic style. The New York Times praised his touch as “pearl-like clarity”, with performances that blend Romantic passion and delicacy, infusing each concert with extraordinary charm.
