The Shanghai International Magic Festival is a dedicated component of the “Themed Festivals” within the China Shanghai International Arts Festival. It comprised five key segments: performances, competitions, academics,charity events, and prop exhibitions. The event featured two programs with a total of eight performances, two competitions, six academic lectures, and a four-day prop exhibition. Among the performance segment, the "International High-quality Stage Magic Showcase" and the "International High-quality Close-up Magic Showcase" drew significant attention, bringing together representative works of outstanding magicians from countries including the United States, France, Italy, and China. This year's festival comprehensively presented global trends in magic development and further underscored Shanghai's leading role in advancing the progress of magic in China.
